Brie-yond Creamy is our triple-cream hybrid that blends the nuanced flavor and texture of Camembert, with brie's signature richness. Velvety and indulgent, this cheese melts on the palate with a buttery, complex flavor profile that deepens as it reaches room temperature. Perfect for cheese boards, crusty bread, fresh fruit, or a crisp white wine.

Ingredients: Pasteurized whole milk, cream, cheese cultures, salt, microbial rennet, Penicillium candidum.
Allergens: Contains milk.
Size: Approx. 8 oz wheel
Storage: Refrigerate. Wrap loosely in wax or parchment paper after opening so the rind can breathe. Best within 2 weeks of opening. Let sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes before serving for peak creaminess.
