When do I get my pass and my free product?
Your digital Founder's Pass arrives by email within a few days of purchase. Your free product is redeemable starting Summer 2026, the day we launch. We'll send you redemption instructions before then.
What does the 15% apply to?
Everything we sell. Every cheese, custard, butter, yogurt, jar, t-shirt, and anything else that ever lives on this site. No exclusions, no expiration, for as long as Hollandaise exists.
Is this a subscription?
No. One-time $25 purchase. No recurring charges, ever.
Will more passes be released later?
This specific Founder's Pass closes when we launch this Summer 2026. Whether any future membership exists depends on how things go. The first 100 are the original founders forever, and nothing that comes later will offer the same benefits.
How do I receive my Founder's Pass?
A digital pass via Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, sent to the email address on your order. If you prefer a PDF instead, just reply to the confirmation email and we'll send one over.
How do I actually use my 15% discount?
Your pass comes with a personal discount code tied to your email. We'll send the code and step-by-step checkout instructions in the days before launch.
Can I gift a Founder's Pass?
Yes. Check the "Gifting this pass?" box below and enter the recipient's email. Their pass and benefits go to them, not to you. Perfect birthday present for that one friend who talks about cheese too much.
What happens if you do not launch this Summer 2026?
Licensing is the one variable we don't fully control. If the launch slips, we'll email you the moment we know and honor every benefit the same way on the new date. Your pass doesn't expire.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email us ([reveal email]) anytime before launch for a full refund. After launch, once you've redeemed your free product, the pass is non-refundable (but still yours forever).
