Wan't something not apart of our usual or seasonal menu?  We'll make it for you! We're a neighbourhood creamery first and foremost . Whether it's an everyday craving, a hard-to-find variety, a cheese from your roots, or something you've only dreamed about, if we can make it, we will. You supply the patience, and we'll supply the cheese.
